Writing for Impact

Many people feel that they do not have the writing skills to write persuasively and effectively.

ABC has developed a writing course that is guaranteed to get you to write for more impact. This course will equip you with the writing skills you need and the confidence to use them; whether it is writing more effective proposals, reports, funding applications or even press releases and articles for in-house journals.

This workshop-style course runs through basic punctuation, examining good and bad writing styles and has a number of practical exercises. It can be tailored to specific departmental or organisational needs and provide individual delegate feedback if required.

The objectives of this course are to:
  • Enable delegates to understand and explain what team working is
  • Understand the key characteristics of effective teams
  • Raise awareness of how to become an effective team player
  • Raise Awareness of the role you could play in a team

  • Different types of teams
  • The characteristics of high performance teams
